Teacher Community

From Teacher to Entrepreneur in education.

Practical help turning what you know into a real business project, built with a small group of teachers and former teachers who are ready to start.

Apply for the pilot
A quick hello from Emilia

What this is

Early, and shaped by the people who join it.

This pilot is new. The small group who joins this round will shape what it becomes, what works, and what the next version looks like. The aim is honest, practical support around one real idea, not generic business content written for everyone at once.

How it works

One small group. One call a week. Seven weeks.

A small virtual cohort meets once a week for seven weeks. Each session moves your idea forward, one stage at a time.

What it covers

What the pilot covers.

This is the current plan, not a fixed one. I'm building this from real conversations and real applications, so it will shift as I learn more about who's joining and what they actually need. Think of this as a starting map, not a locked curriculum.

What you actually know, and what gap you keep noticing. We start here because most ideas fail from being vague, not from being wrong.

Who's already solving pieces of this, what people and schools actually pay for in education right now, and where the real openings are. You should never be guessing at this stage, you should be looking.

Narrowing from the whole market down to one specific person you're building for, and what they need from you right now, not in theory.

Turning what you know into something concrete enough that someone could say yes to it.

How to test the idea before spending real money. Free tools, small experiments, and what's actually worth paying for versus what can wait until you have real customers.

Putting a number on your offer, and getting it in front of one real person. Simple, small, and honest, not a polished launch.

Reflecting on what you built, what you learned about yourself as a founder, and what the next step looks like.

Some of this will change once the pilot group is set and I know more about where people actually are. If a week ends up needing more time, or something's missing, it moves. That's the point of doing this as research first.

Anticipated results

What you can expect to walk away with.

This isn't a promise of income or a finished business. Seven weeks is enough time for real clarity and one honest step, not a polished launch.

By the end of the pilot

  • A basic business plan for what you're building, something you can actually use
  • A real understanding of the market you're stepping into, who's already there and where the openings are
  • Realistic expectations, not hype, about what this idea can become and how fast
  • A clear first step, priced and ready to put in front of one real person

Where you land depends on where you start. Some people leave with a first paying customer. Others leave with the clarity that this isn't the right idea yet, and that's still a result.

Is this for you

Who this fits right now.

A good fit

  • Currently teaching, or left recently
  • Has an idea, even a rough one
  • Can commit to one live call a week for seven weeks

Not a fit yet

  • Wants something to watch on your own time
  • Can't commit to a live weekly session right now
